On Thursday, September 29th Relish of Thomasville will again host Chef Jessica of KitchenAble Cooking School for Wild Game – With a Southern Accent ! She will teach a demonstration cooking class highlighting recipes featuring wild game as the main ingredient of some truly tasty southern dishes. This month’s menu will include:
Smoked Duck Breast Salad
Perfectly smoked on the Green Egg, succulent slices of duck breast on top a bed of arugula with fresh blackberries and a Modena balsamic dressing
Citrus-Spicy Quail Bites

Stone Ground corn meal cooks perfectly in cast iron with this delicious recipe that will be served with Savannah Bee Honey
Filled with venison and fresh vegetables, topped with whipped potatoes; this savory pie is the perfect way to enjoy venison
