Supposedly, somewhere… “The frost is on the punkin and the fodder is in the shock”. Here in Tallahassee, we’re just glad it isn’t 90-plus degrees with 100% humidity (though that can always sneak up on us). As we celebrate our version of autumn we hope your join us as we again participate in the annual “Seven Days of Local Delights” that is presented by Red Hills Small Farm Alliance to support local agriculture. KitchenAble is thrilled to help host three tasty events:
-Our Regular Tuesday night class will be focused on “Local Fall Flavors” and will include Pulled Pork as an entree.
-Relishing Local flavor, literally, with a class in Thomasville at Relish on Thursday night- Cam and Jessica are going to grill fresh, local ingredients using the Green Egg
-Or on Friday, learn about Community Supported Agriculture and “Farm Shares” as Louise Divine of Turkey Hill Farm joins us in the kitchen with a crop of fresh picked delights… then watch as she and Jessica transform the harvest into dinner.
