Is there a better excuse to enjoy a delicious dinner?  Bring someone you love or come alone, and we’ll make certain your Valentine’s day includes candlelight, soft music, and delicious food! You will be licking your lips as our meal begins with an appetizer of Buttery Escargots-Style Mushrooms with French Bread.  Next, you’ll love learning our recipe for Steak Diane; get fresh with a little salad, and savor a sumptuous potato dish.  We’ll finish the evening with a Silky Dark Chocolate Dessert, garnished with ripe, red, fresh berries, and peaks of whipped cream!  This isn’t a one-night romance, we actually give you the recipes, to have and to hold.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
