THIS CLASS IS NOW FULL- PLEASE CONSIDER JOINING US FOR ONE OF OUR OTHER CLASSES

Tuesday, March 27 at 6:00pm- Celebrate spring and learn how to cook lamb in our Leg of Lamb Class.  Menu will include:  Butterflied Leg of Lamb, stuffed with Arugula Pesto.  Which will be served with a Pea and Mint Salad, and Roasted New Potatoes.  For dessert we will enjoy a delicious Fresh Fruit Pavlova- a delicious cloud of meringue topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
