Dec Supper ClubJoin us at KitchenAble Cooking School on Saturday, December 31 at 7pm as we ring in the new year with a delicious and decadent dining experience. For this option you will be dining in the kitchen where you can watch as some of the dishes are created.  If you wish to dine in our dining room please reserve here.

Bring your own bubbles (or whatever beverage your prefer) and relax for a few hours as you enjoy the ambiance of our cottage while dining on a multi-course feast that includes:

First Course: Hors d’oeuvres

Second Course: Soup- Vichyssoise garnished with caviar

Third Course: Fish- Poached, wild-caught fish with asparagus and tangerine beurre blanc

Fourth Course: Lollipop Lamb Chops grilled over charcoal and served with Roasted cheese boardvegetables and Pomegranate syrup

Fifth Course: Local Grapefruit Sorbet with Rosemary

Sixth Course: Smoked Duck on Arugula with Fig Confiture and dried Monticello Figs

Seventh Course: Assorted Cheeses with local honey and fresh fruit

Eighth Course: Café Gourmand- a personal dessert platter with an assortment of miniature deserts that are sure to thrill- served with coffee.
