Reserve your seat, we will be Jamaican it delicious at KitchenAble with our island inspired cooking classes.   It is widely known that Jamaican cuisine includes a blend of dishes from the different cultures brought to their island.  For the next two weeks we will celebrate the wide variety of spices, tropical fruits and meats that are available locally to prepare your favorite Jamaican dishes.

Come on…try something different… in this class you will learn to prepare Curry beef served with  Jamaican style coconut rice with peas, fried plantains, and delicious cornmeal pudding for dessert.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
