Flatbreads are a perfect base when preparing a tasty, simple summer meal or appetizer. The topping variations are endless…. begin with your favorite ingredients or whatever toppings you have on hand. In this class we will share recipes and preparation tips for a few of KitchenAble’s client favorites.
Traditional Flatbread topped with manchego cheese, sweet fig, caramelized onion, toasted walnut & truffle honey is a crowd pleaser – perfect as an appetizer! Served with a cool, crisp summer salad; add a dessert and this is a perfect meal on any day of the week. Need a little more “meat” in your toppings? We will also share recipe combinations to pair with toppings like BBQ chicken and Buffalo Shrimp …….mmmmm!
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
