You will learn to prepare your own spicy mojo sauce to serve with the pork. Chef Jessica will pair the traditional Caribbean meat dish with yucca, beans, and rice (and, of course… flan for dessert).
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
