1. It’s summer and while outdoor temperatures are rising, reduce the heat in your kitchen with Spectacular Salad Suppers.  Tuesday, June 27th we will explore four of our favorite salads that are great for any occasion.   Wedge Salad with bacon & blue cheese/buttermilk dressing.  1905 Salad  – our twist on the classic – with ham and cheese (in a vinaigrette dressing),  Florida Cobb Salad with shrimp, avocado, and a citrus-y dressing.   And finally Papaya and Ginger Salad will be served as a refreshing tropical dessert. *Vegetarian and Gluten-Free variations will be available for this menu.

Cost of class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests are welcomed to bring your favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
