You will want to join the class at KitchenAble on Tuesday, March 8, at 6 pm as Chef Jessica prepares traditional Irish Lamb Stew. Our menu will include Irish Cheddar Scones, Lamb Stew, Colcannon, and Irish Cream- Creme Brulee for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
