Description

Travel south of the border as we explore the mixture of fresh ingredients which make Panama cuisine so unique and flavorful.  The menu will include Citrus Flair (grilled) Fish Tacos, Cucumber Tomato Salad with Cumin dressing, Roasted Sweet Plantains, Black Bean and Sweet Potato Burritos…and Guacamole of course!

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
