Tuesday, November 28 at 6:00pm- Get ready for a season of entertaining with this collection of delicious appetizer ideas. We’ll kick off the class with Jessica’s famous Herbes de Provence Chicken Salad (served on Belgian Endive) then enjoy our smoky Horseradish Pimento Cheese on Black Pepper and Herb Biscuits, have individual Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato pies and finally have Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
