On Tuesday, September 5 at 6:00pm-Learn a favorite Italian sauce as you enjoy the combination of mushrooms, shallots, cream, and Marsala wine simmered to create the delicious dish Chicken Marsala. The menu for the evening will also include Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Eggplant Napoleon Salad. Finally for dessert we will enjoy Chocolate Ricotta Mousse garnished with fresh berries.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
