First we will make fresh corn tortillas then use them in a menu that includes: Taco de Pescado or fish tacos with radish and jalapeño, Tacos de Camarones or shrimp tacos with mango slaw, and Tacos de Pollo which are filled with delicious and tender chipotle chicken. Salads and Salsas that complement these choices will be taught as well as a delicious Queso Dip for your chips and “Fried” Ice Cream for dessert.
Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
