Tuesday, January 22, 6:00pm- Warm your heart and satisfy your palate with the quintessential French stew: Bouef Bourguignon. Our meal will begin with the magical light appetizer of gougères, these tiny pastries are savory and delicious with fresh herbs and cheese. Our entrée will be the classic, and ever popular, Bouef Bourguignon accompanied by crusty French bread, Salade de Haricots Blancs. For dessert we will enjoy the decadent french chocolate Mendiants.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
