Tuesday, May 7, 6:00pm- Our popular and satisfying Bouillabaisse class will teach you the technique for making your own Fish Stock and the Marseille version of this timeless seafood stew, including how to make the Rouille (a rich sauce) that goest on top. Our bouillabaisse will be made with wild-caught fresh local seafood, including fish and shellfish. Crusty French bread and a Fresh Seasonal Salad will accompany our dinner. Citrusy Calissons, a confection from France complement the meal as a delicious final course.
Cost of class is $45 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
