Saturday, May 11 at 10am we hope you’ll bring your mom (or a friend) and join us for something even better than breakfast in bed!  We will be hosting a Brunch Class with a delicious menu that even dad would enjoy.  Grapefruit Brulée will start our meal followed by a delicious Chevré and Artichoke Fritatta.  We will also have a sweet and salty treat of Candied Bacon.  Finally we will share one of our favorite breakfast dishes (it is good enough for dessert) a Stuffed Blueberry French Toast Strata.  We will also have coffee, juice, and water available.

Cost of class is $35 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beverage.

Doors open at 10:00 am. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
