Enjoy the local bounty with us as we explore local flavors and celebrate the Seven Days of Local Delights with the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance.
Our four-course meal will feature fresh seafood, wild game, and seasonal produce- all sourced within our 100-mile radius. We aren’t sharing the full menu yet (the exact dishes may change depending on what looks good at the market that week) but it will include a fresh seasonal salad, Torched (farm raised) local oysters, wild venison sausage rolls (with our heirloom pepper sauce), and a citrus pavlova- made with local free-range eggs, local tupelo honey, and kumquats from our own trees.
Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
