On arrival enjoy freshly prepared Pretzels with German Mustard followed by a Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing. Our entree will be a traditional Schnitzel (made from pork) with fresh Spaetzle (German egg noodles) and Red Cabbage. Finally dessert will be a delicious Black Forest Cake.
Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
