Tuesday, September 3 at 6:00pm- Learn to make and enjoy the classic, French, stuffed chicken dish: Chicken Cordon Bleu which will be accompanied by Haricots Verts (French Green Beans), Pommes De Terre Aux Herbes Au Four (Potatoes Baked with Herbs), and Mousse au Chocolate (Chocolate Mousse) for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if desired.
