Description

On Tuesday, May 28 at 6pm we’ll be making one of our favorite Italian inspired menus at KitchenAble.  First you’ll learn our classic Marinara recipe then we’ll pour it over lightly breaded chicken cutlets as we teach Chicken Parmesan and serve it with pasta.  We will also have Roasted Broccoli, Classic Caesar Salad (topped with homemade croutons) and have a slice of Seimifreddo (the ice cream like dish) for dessert.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beverage.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
