Tuesday, May 1 at 6:00pm- Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner so we’re having a fiesta of our own enjoying at TACO TUESDAY: Fish Tacos, Shrimp Tacos, Taco Salad, Guacamole, Tomato Chipotle Salsa, Queso, Chips, and Virgin Margueritas. (You can bring your own tequila to add if you want to.) For the fish tacos we will use wild caught gulf fish, seasoned with a delicious spice blend and topped with a chili-lime slaw. The Shrimp tacos will be served with pineapple slaw. We will offer both flour and corn tortillas- so tacos can be gluten-free if desired.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
