Please Join us, Tuesday- April 23, at 6pm:
We’ll start this delicious Cuban inspired cooking class with a tribute to the famous Columbia restaurant, with their famous 1905 Salad. This will be followed with our spectacular (and easy) Spicy Black Bean Soup served with Cuban Crackers. We will share our Mojo Pork recipe and show you how to make the perfect Cuban Sandwiches with it. Finally, delicious Guava Cookies will follow for dessert.
Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
