Tuesday, April 25, 6:00pm- We will be cooking with Aloha, again. Slow cooked over charcoal, nothing beats the delicious flavor of Huli Huli Chicken (We are cooking it on our Big Green Egg). While it grills we will enjoy an appetizer of Ahi Poke, rare tuna with avocado and cucumber. You’ll learn a new appreciation for eggplant when you have it Korean Style, in our Garlic Chili Sauce. Finally, Pineapple Upside-down cake will finish our our meal.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
