On Tuesday, September 4 at 6:00pm- We hope you’ll join us in the kitchen as we explore the famous French dish Crepes. After learning our favorite recipe for a fail-proof basic batter for these thin pancakes we will show you our three of our favorite ways to enjoy them: Herbed-Dill Crepes with Smoked Salmon, Mushroom and Cheese Crepes, and finally for dessert refreshing Lemon Crepes. A delicious fresh salad will also be served with our crepes.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage of choice.
