Tuesday, May 15 at 6:00pm- It will be delicioso at KitchenAble as we enjoy the flavors of Cuba when we make and enjoy Cuban Sandwiches- hot pressed sandwiches piled with mojo pork, sweet ham, and Swiss cheese, the famous 1905 Salad- with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheese, and a citrusy Café Con Leche Flan for dessert (made with almond flour).
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
