Tuesday, December 19 at 6:00pm- Join us for a delicious meal and learn the technique for making perfect risotto! Our delicious menu will include: an English Pea Salad with Fresh Mint, Shrimp Risotto with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese, Poached Asparagus, and Apricot and lemon Tart for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
