Tuesday, January 29, 6:00pm- Dumplings and Dim Sum will be our topic and we create and taste an assortment of dishes that are perfect to enjoy with a cup of tea. We’ll make and taste Char Siu in Steamed Buns, have our favorite Turnip Cake (which is actually made with daikon), enjoy Jaiozi or Chinese Potstikers, Siu Mai (Dim Sum Dumplings), and finally Egg Custard Tarts for dessert. All with a good cup of tea! *If you like to roll up your sleeves and help we’ll have some hands-on opportunities in this class as we intricately fold and create all of these tasty morsels!
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
