We’re in the season of entertaining and with a few tips from this class your food is sure to be the hit of coming parties! Tuesday, December 11, we’ll teach you a few delicious appetizers including: Mini Beef Wellingtons, Chevrè Truffles with Pistachios and Cranberries, Pear and Caramelized Onion Tarts, and Roasted Shrimp with Zhoug Sauce (A spicy middle-eastern pesto made from cilantro). We will also enjoy a warm Apple Cider Sangria, it is the perfect punch for any gathering.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
