Tuesday, February 4- This week we are celebrating “National Fettuccini Alfredo Day” with that classic Italian dish! Join us as we show you how to make fresh pasta, roll up your sleeves and help us crank the fettuccini. Our noodles will be topped with creamy Alfredo Sauce and served with Roast Broccoli, A Fresh Salad, and the famous Torta Meringata Al Limone (Lemon Meringue Cake) from Harry’s Bar in Venice.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
