On Tuesday, July 19 at 6:00pm- we may still have jet lag from our recent trip from Brittany… but we’re returning with fond memories and great recipes to share. Our menu for this class will include the Breton favorite Moules Frites (or Mussels with Pommes Frites). To accompany this dish- and sop up the sauce we’ll provide plenty of French Bread. Mayonnaise -made fresh will be provided for dipping and we will also enjoy a Fresh Green Salad. Finally, no trip to Brittany is complete without Far Breton-a custard like cake that is a signature of the region.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
