On Tuesday October 29 at 6:00pm- Explore the flavors of India with this cooking class. Our menu will include Kerala Prawns, served over Indian Rice Pilaf, with a side of Dal made with lentils and cauliflower with naan. Finally for dessert we will enjoy Pistachio-Rosewater Kheer with Cardamom.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
