We will be visiting the tropics, Florida style with this delicious class on Tuesday, August 27 at 6:00pm. Conch Fritters with Citrus Remoulade Sauce will start the evening right. Then you’ll think you’re in the Conch Republic as you dine on Coconut Fried Shrimp with a Tamarind Mustard Sauce accompanied by our famous Mango Coleslaw. Finally we’ll finish the meal with our award winning Key Lime Pie.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if desired.
