Tuesday, March 26 , 6:00pm- Try the Mediterranean flavors of Lebanon with this flavorful and healthy menu. Our menu will include Mezze favorites like Tabbouleh (Parsley, cucumber, and tomato salad with cracked wheat), Baba Gahanouj (charred eggplant dip), fresh Hummus, Fattoush (a pita and vegetable salad, and Kibbeh (seasoned ground lamb). We will also enjoy Jallab (a refreshing, non-alcoholic drink popular in the middle east).
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
