(Due to the popularity of our class on Tuesday we are offering a second class:)

WEDNESDAY, October 2- 6pm Enjoy the flavor from Vietnam delicious Phở.  Learn to make a rich and flavorful beef broth, the foundation of this famous soup.  Other dishes prepared will include a rice noodle salad that is packed with fresh vegetables and Bahn Xeo or Saigon crepes.  For dessert a unique cake made from cassava and coconut or Bánh Khoai Mì Nướng will complete the meal.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
