Tuesday, June 19 at 6:00pm- Enjoy favorite flavors from both Florida and the Caribbean in our Floribbean cooking class. We will enjoy a delicious appetizer of Conch Fritters with a sweet and spicy sauce followed by a salad toped with Coconut Crusted Shrimp which will be topped with Tamarind- Lime Sauce on a salad, then enjoy a dessert of Paletas (gourmet popsicles) in a variety of flavors.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
