By popular request: Friday, June 14 at noon; join us at KitchenAble for one of our favorite topics… PIE. We’ll walk you through our famous Pâte Brisée recipe (a basic short crust) and the sweeter Pâte Sucrée. In addition to learning the recipe for both of these rich, buttery pastries, we will show you how to fill them as we teach our delicious Tomato Pie (that we featured at the Tomato Feastival this year) and savor seasonal berries with Grandma McMullen’s Berry Pie recipe (which we will demonstrate with a lattice crust).
Cost of class is $35 and participants receive a recipe packet and a slice of each of the featured pies from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
