Tuesday, April 4, 6:00pm- Flavors from Burgundy- Our meal will begin with the magical light appetizer of gougères, these tiny pastries are savory and delicious with fresh herbs and cheese. Our entrée will be the classic, and ever popular, Bouef Bourguignon accompanied by crusty French bread. For dessert we will enjoy a buttery Tarte de Semoule et Cassis (black currant tart).
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
