Join us at KitchenAble this March as we explore some of the rich flavors of France and tour a few of the unique regions to explore their signature dishes. Normandy, Alsace, Loire, and Burgundy will be featured over the 4-week series.
Tuesday, March 28- Loire- Our meal will begin with a Salade au Chevre Chaud (or a warm goat cheese salad) then we will enjoy Julia’s famous Fricassée de Poulet à l’Ancienn (or old-fashioned chicken fricassee) with rice, and finally make our signature Pate Brisee (pie dough) to assemble a spectacular Tart Tatin, the famous “upside-down” apple tart from this region.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
