We’re going global with the New Year and celebrating some of our favorite soups from around the world this month. We’ll be kicking off with the classic favorite: French Onion Soup. We’ll learning to make our own beef stock and the delicious, steaming soup. We will also make and enjoy a “Mousse de Saumon Fume” (or smoked salmon mousse), Mesclun Salad with Vinaigrette dressing, and a delectable French cookie for dessert.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
