Tuesday, July 17, 6:00pm- Enjoy fresh local seafood and celebrate Florida with this delicious menu. We’ll start with an appetizer of Smoked Fish Dip served with Vegetables and crackers, we will also enjoy an appetizer of Pickled Watermelon. For dinner we’ll have a salad topped with our famous Crab Cakes & Remoulade Dressing. Finally we’ll enjoy a flaky pastry crust, filled with tart lemon and topped with whipped egg whites as we enjoy Lemon Meringue Pie.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
