On Friday, March 16 at 7:00pm join us at KitchenAble as we dine al fresco (outside) and celebrate spring. We’re going to cook a few of our favorite dishes with a menu that includes some of our most popular recipes and personal favorites. Chris will grill our entree over charcoal and this delicious 5-course menu will include the following dishes:
Appetizer on arrival,
Fresh Green Salad with a Herb-Vinaigrette Dressing,
Steak Pomme Frites with Béarnaise,
and for dessert a our version of the Paris Brest
(Puff Pastry filled with pastry cream and topped with sea-salt caramel)
For this dining experience, weather permitting, we’ll sit outside under a tent in our courtyard overlooking Lake Ella and enjoy a delicious meal. This Chef’s Table Supper Club is $65 (price includes sales tax) per person. Chilled water and coffee are served with dinner and we welcome guests to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy responsibly. Written recipes are not provided with this experience. If weather is inclement don’t despair- we will move the dinner into our dining room and proceed as scheduled.
