Description
Tuesday, October 2 at 6:00pm- In honor of Oktoberfest this menu is German inspired. Sauerbraten or German Beef Stew with Spaetzel (hand-made noodles) will be our main dish, accompanied by a delicious Bacon and Spinach Salad and the decadent Herrencreme (vanilla and rum pudding with chocolate shavings) for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
