Celebrate the flavors of New Orleans with a delicious menu that features some of their popular dishes. Our first course will be a fresh green salad topped with Fried Gulf Oysters and Remoulade Dressing. We’ll discuss how to make Roux and use the technique as we make a delicious Chicken and Sausage Gumbo (yes, with okra) that will be served with rice and Skillet Cornbread. Finally for dessert a rich and delicious Whiskey Bread Pudding will round out the meal.
Cost for the class is $60 and includes a recipe packet and full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided) if you wish. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance by paying with any credit card.
