Join us Tuesday Night, January 14, at 6pm for this much requested Healthy Soup Class*. Learn to make your own Vegetable Stock and a menu of plant based soups that include: Lentil and Kale Stew – a hearty dish that also has sweet potatoes, Butternut Squash Bisque – a creamy soup seasoned with sage, and Thai Coconut Soup – packed with vegetables and an exotic Thai flavor. In addition to soup we will also enjoy a Fresh Green Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing. *All recipes taught for this class are plant-based (vegan) and Gluten-free.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
