We will start our dinner with Papadams and Tomato Chutney, enjoy a curry of Kerala Prawns served over Spiced Basmati with Raita (a yogurt based sauce) and delicious Kheer with Cardamom and Pistachios for dessert.
Cost for the class is $60 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided) if you wish.
