Tuesday, March 5 , 6:00pm- Come and let the good times roll as we celebrate Mardi Gras, New Orlean’s Style. Our feast will start with a delicious salad topped with Remoulade Dressing. We will discus roux and demonstrate it’s magic as we create Shrimp Étouffée (with of course must be serve with rice and Skillet Cornbread). And, since no trip to the French Quarter is complete without Beignets we will finish out our meal with that- and a little Café au Lait.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
