Tuesday, November 5- In honor of Election day- Join us to celebrate with a few foods served in the White House after Thomas Jefferson became president.  We will learn the technique to make Crêpes, then fill them with chicken and mushrooms, and top them with Béchamel to create the famous Jeffersonian Crêpes.  Our meal will also include a salad of Marinated Asparagus.  Finally we will conclude with his favorite dessert- Vanilla Ice Cream.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
