We will teach our fail-proof all butter Piecrust recipe, enjoy an appetizer of our famous Tomato Pie- a “slab” pie topped with fresh tomatoes, cheese, and herbs from our garden. We will also savor a decadent Spinach and Feta Quiche that is delicious to enjoy at any time of the day. For dessert we will have a fresh Fruit and Berry Pie topped with a lattice crust- and ice cream. Meal will also include a fresh seasonal salad.
Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water is provided; and you may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
