Join us on Tuesday, June 21, at 6pm for favorite local, southern flavors.
We’ll start with an appetizer of our famous Biscuits- topped with our signature version of pimento cheese. Our entree will be local, creamy, stone- ground grits topped with Pecan Crusted Fish with a side of Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and for dessert we’ll enjoy a refreshing Lemon Soufflé.
Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water is provided; and you may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
